SOFTWARE FEATURES AND SCREENSHOTS

Data Interpretation

Xplain performs all necessary data processing at the moment of loading and opening the file with integral intensity of microarray spots. Processed data shown in the format of table that contains clone annotation, signal-to-noise ratio,  level of differential expression and direction of gene regulation - up or down. The data can be viewed or exported to an external file for further processing by a 3rd party software packages

Quality Control

Xplain_QC_chart.JPG (158913 bytes)

Xplore calculates essential quality metrics of the experiment and builds scatter plot of signal of the microarray spots.
